No — we bring all required equipment directly to you. We also provide guidance on equipment you already have, along with recommendations for suitable home exercise equipment. Sessions can incorporate practical everyday items and environments around your home or community to support functional strength, confidence and long-term progress.

We recommend wearing comfortable, non-restrictive clothing and supportive enclosed shoes. As we meet you where you're at, the most important thing is that you feel comfortable and able to move freely.

Yes. While we specialise in mobile on-site care, we also offer secure online video consultations. These sessions are ideal for coaching, exercise progression reviews, education, accountability, and maintaining consistency while travelling or managing a busy schedule.
